To keep every session running smoothly, we kindly ask all guests to arrive on time. Entry will not be permitted for those arriving more than 5 minutes late, as this helps us maintain a calm environment for both participants and puppies. For safety and consistency, personal pets are not allowed in the studio.
Bookings can be amended, subject to availability, by contacting info@thepuppyyoga.co.uk. Bookings made within 48 hours of the class are non-changeable.
In the case of illness or emergencies, notify us via both text and email as soon as possible. While tickets are non-refundable, you are welcome to transfer your spot to a friend or family member—just let us know in advance.
All classes require a minimum of 8 participants to run. If this number isn’t met, we may cancel the session and will notify you at least 48 hours beforehand. In such cases, you will have the option to rebook. If we cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, including health and safety measures, you’ll also be offered a new date.
Your booking confirmation email acts as your ticket, and you may be asked to provide your name on arrival. All attendees, including accompanying adults and children, must hold a valid ticket. Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Please double-check your booking details before confirming, as tickets are non-refundable.
By attending, you acknowledge that photos and videos may be taken during the session for promotional use.
